Mitch has represented hundreds of clients charged with criminal misdemeanor and felony offenses. Examples of felony offenses are: Burglary and Theft cases, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of illegal narcotics. These offenses are punishable by more than one (1) year of incarceration. Examples of misdemeanors are DUI, Underage Possession of Alcohol, Family Violence Battery, and Theft by Shoplifting. These offenses are punishable by less than one (1) year of incarceration.
